ABOUT MELISSA

Well-being has never felt like just one thing to me.

My path to MMB Well began with skin, but over time I became increasingly curious about everything happening beneath the surface.

How we nourish ourselves. How we manage stress. How our experiences shape us. How our environment affects us. How we think, connect, find meaning and move through different seasons of life.

The more I learned, the more I came to believe that these pieces aren't separate. They are part of the same story.

MY STORY

Curiosity has always been part of my story

Long before MMB Well, I was drawn to understanding people—how we communicate, what influences us and what helps us connect. That curiosity first led me to a degree in communications and a career built around relationships and listening.

Years later, my path took me in a different direction when I became a holistic esthetician. Working closely with clients taught me that skin rarely exists in isolation. Stress, nutrition, hormones, lifestyle, environment and what is happening beneath the surface can all become part of the conversation.

That curiosity has led me to become a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach and Licensed Esthetician, with additional training in oncology esthetics, medical esthetics, laser technologies and Reiki.

Along the way, one idea kept becoming clearer to me: we are far more than a collection of symptoms, habits or numbers.

MMB Well grew from that belief—and from my desire to create a place where people can feel seen as a whole person, explore the connections that may be influencing how they feel, and discover what supports their version of living well.

MY APPROACH

I believe you are the expert on you.

My role isn’t to tell you who you should become. It’s to help you uncover what is already there.

I don't believe meaningful change begins with someone handing you another rigid plan. It begins with being heard, getting curious and looking at the whole picture.

When we work together, I bring knowledge, thoughtful questions and a whole-person perspective—but you bring something equally important: your own experiences, values, intuition and understanding of your life.

Together, we explore the patterns and connections that may be influencing how you feel, from nourishment, sleep and lifestyle to stress, relationships, environment, mindset and spiritual well-being.

From there, we co-create realistic practices that make sense for your life—not someone else's.

I'm not here to “fix” you. I'm here to help you see more clearly what supports you in becoming more fully yourself.

CONNECTING THE DOTS

I’m still curious. I hope I always will be.

I believe the most interesting insights often happen when we begin connecting the dots.

I'm a lifelong learner by nature. I'm continually drawn to understanding the many things that influence how we feel and function—from nutrition, skin and healthy aging to stress, environment, relationships and the connection between mind, body and spirit.

That curiosity has led me to become a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach, with additional training in oncology esthetics, medical esthetics, laser technologies and Reiki. But just as important to me is continuing to explore new ideas, emerging research and different perspectives on what it means to live well.

I'm especially fascinated by healthy aging and longevity, and by the ways both modern science and long-standing traditions can deepen our understanding of ourselves.

I don't believe any one discipline holds all the answers. What interests me most is staying open—bringing together different perspectives while always remembering that each person's experience is uniquely their own.

MAYBE YOU’RE CURIOUS , TOO.

What could change if you started looking at the whole picture?

If you're ready to explore what feeling and living well could look like for you, I'd love to help you uncover what's possible.
